Debra Singleton, owner and broker of New Chester Realty, is a veteran of the real estate industry and has represented clients all over the southeast. Debra has built a solid foundation of clients in this community through her professionalism, attention to detail, and
commitment to always put her client's needs first.
Debra's professional background includes 25 years at BellSouth Corporation in customer service and sales and five years as a Realtor at ReMax Greater Atlanta. Debra and her husband Brian and dog Grace moved to Chester from Atlanta in 2006. She started New Chester Realty in 2010 and opened her office
in the downtown historic district. In her free time, Debra is an avid golfer and hiker. She also enjoys yoga. Spending time outside together with her friends and her husband, Brian, is never something Debra takes for granted. "Helping channel new home buyers to the area and showing them all that the Historical Chester Community has to offer
is one of the best parts of my job."

With deep roots in this charming community, Billie brings a unique perspective and a wealth of local knowledge to every real estate transaction. Originally from Chester, she is proud to have graduated from Chester High School, and has always felt a strong connection
to this wonderful town.
After high school, she pursued her academic dreams by majoring in accounting at York Tech. This education honed her attention to detail and financial acumen, skills that have proven invaluable in her real estate career. Before diving into the world of real estate, she embarked on a rewarding journey as the original owner of Richburg Daycare. Her experience running a successful business has equipped her with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, which she has seamlessly transitioned into her real estate practice.

She obtained her real estate license in September 2005, marking the beginning of her journey in the real estate industry. She has had the pleasure of serving the Chester community as an agent with New Chester Realty since August 2010, where she has helped countless families find their dream homes. Although she has lived in York County for 13 years, her heart has always been in Chester. In July 2020, she and her family made the decision to move back to Chester, reaffirming her commitment to the community she loves.

She is happily married to Cliff Austin, and has wonderful children: Jason, Courtney, and Caitlin. As a proud grandmother, she also cherishes the precious moments she spends with her grandchildren. When she is not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, you'll often find her pursuing her hobbies. She loves to vacation with her family, exploring new destinations, and creating lasting memories. Additionally, she finds great joy in spending quality time with her grandchildren.
